last year's christmas party presentation was really traumatic for me. preparations, practices, expenses, etc. that's why for this year i did not want to be too involved, or even not involved at all. but still, i find it hard to say no to people who ask me nicely. so i agreed to be part of the committee again, but only to handle props. also, i wanted to perform again this year. the first few practices i wasnt able to attend, so i just told them to give me any role available. they gave me a lead role. great. again! hahaha kakatawa baka sabihin ng buong hsbc "ano ba tong babaeng to pagkalaki laki nagpupumilit sumali at lead pa talaga lagi!" to cut the long story short, i was assigned the role of J. Lo. i was to dance ala- her in the finale. finale pa talaga! pressure ito. during the practices, i noticed na sa lahat ng lead ako ata ang may pinakamahirap na gagawin. imagine, i had to cover the whole front of the stage. meaning move from left edge to right edge, with matching mga nagmomodel pa sa gitna na kailangan kong iwasan. and i had to perform sa stairs! in my knee-high boots! hahaha pero enjoy naman. makapal naman mukha ko eh. i had a design in mind na re my costume. so pinatahi ko na kay ever- reliable manang. it was picked up the day before the performance. alas, sobrang mali ung tahi nya. she was too busy siguro sa 30 na nun's habit that we had her make (we did sister act).anyway, i had no costume. my boss panicked haha and everyone else in the department. sabi ko ill buy kinabukasan sa landmark or g4. i had something in mind na kasi. the following day, we had a meeting in the morning. at pinaalis agad ako ng boss ko to find a costume. nagpapanic sila kasi ako ung lead sa finale, which is the part where everyone will be on stage. oo nga naman, if i screw it up then the whole production is screwed. so off i went to landmark, didnt find anything, so went to glorietta. i found pieces in mango, marks & spencer, dorothy perkins and zara that i liked. glittery ung dating, very J. Lo. buti na lang the boots i bought na a week ahead so i could practice in them. so anyway, i bought the one i found in dorothy perkins, kasi it fit me best and was the cheapest. pero punyeta mahal pa din. bought din a fur lined vest for more J. Lo oomph. bought din sa landmark big hoop earrings with studs and fake lashes. natuwa naman the people when they saw my costume. ay naku dapat lang mahigit 5k lahat lahat ginastos ko dun noh. went to SMX a bit late, got caught up pa kasi with some work. buti na lang when we got there, sobrang sakto na nagbblocking na ang yellow. right on time, perfect talaga! at buti na lang sa harap na harap ang mesa namin haha ang ganda sa SMX! so un after blocking went for make up and costume change. im so freakin proud of my make up i swear im good hahhahahaha because of that i am convinced i need to pursue aesthetic studies! haha tignan nyo: 
wahahaha wala lang naman. so there, performance level ito talaga! and guess what, we won!!!! wahaha first time ever daw for yellow. and because of that, we won over-all champion this year!! woohoo!!!! can't wait for the party! here are some other pics:
